At LUFT we combine elements of strength, flexibility and cardio training to create a dynamic mind-body experience for private and group class clients.

At LUFT we focus on the individual to optimize your Pilates experience.

Our modalities include Physical Therapy, Private Pilates sessions as well as small Pilates Group classes.

We focus on the individual to optimize your Pilates experience. Each class will combine elements of strength, endurance, flexibility and cardio training tailored to fit the clients specific goals and create a dynamic whole mind-body experience.

The LUFT Method leverages pilates-based exercises and incorporates modern strength techniques to work muscles to their max. We focus on exercise combinations that target each muscle with a continued emphasis on deep core stabilization that results in optimal flexibility, alignment and strength. Our approach is grounded within the STOTT Pilates, BASI, and POLESTAR methods yet served with a modern twist. Never boring and always challenging, our classes will make you work hard and give you a new appreciation of Pilates, it's benefits and fast results.
