Our mission is to create a safe, nurturing, caring and friendly environment to explore and discover the numerous benefits from the practice of yoga at affordable rates (investment). Our experienced teachers will assist and support all individuals through this exploration in a creative, playful and respectful way. Our intention when you come into the studio is that it feels like a home away from home.

We welcome all levels and provide a variety of classes to help meet the needs and desires of all individuals, wanting to explore or deepen their yoga practice.

Our studio was specifically designed with that goal in mind. It is a peaceful and serene place for meditation and relaxation or a warm and invigorating space for the more rigorous forms of practice.

At Home Yoga we believe in good Corporate Citizenship with an ongoing Community Service Project. Yoga, rooted in thousands of years of history, has helped practitioners to begin to become aware of the world around us, as well as our inner state of mind. Our belief is if you can find your own sense of peace, it will spread to the next person. Yoga fundraising truly embodies this spirit. While supporting worthwhile causes with donations and intention, it also gives us, the practitioner the satisfaction of knowing our donation has created positive change. Our current Community Service project is taking donations for N.W. Harvest. Students who bring in a donation of non-perishable food items will receive a 10% discount on all unlimited memberships or class cards.
