It’s a gathering place–a tribe of people who want to live healthier lives, and who enjoy helping others do the same. We’re parents, couples, singles, young, old and everything in between. We know who we are, and we like who we are.

At FUELhouse, you’ll find programming that’s as hard (often harder) than anybody’s. But we’re not striving to push you beyond your comfort zone, and we’re not trying to put people into competitions. We represent an entire fitness family supporting you every step of the way. After all, the stronger you are, the stronger we are. That’s just how this whole community thing works.

Our Monday #snowstrong classes incorporate a ton of single leg work. This class is seasonal and currently caters to our alpine enthusiasts (and basically anyone who walks).

Come Spring we will turn our focus towards our outdoor runners and tri athletes. (PS: our Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainers and rehab partners love us for offering this class)👍

In this vid are two of many single leg balance moves that we perform in class.

But, I gotta give props where props are due...way back I had the opportunity to learn from a great Coach, Joe DeShaw. 🙌These are two of his moves we used to demo in his Hard Core class. The only thing I changed up was the tool in our hands.
