The physiological theory behind Orangetheory is known as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). During the course of a session, you will perform focused intervals that use your entire body and stimulate your metabolism. After each exercise, you will feel increased energy. Almost since the beginning, Rachel and Jason W. loved to run together. They pushed one another, progressed as a team, and together, worked their way up to running marathons! After crushing four or five of those however, they started looking for a little more variety in their workout routine. And guess where they found it...

Jimmy and Tiffany - or "Jiffy the Power Couple", as they're known at their home studio of Orangetheory Fitness Hunters Creek - have attended early morning classes together 6 days a week ever since they began dating two years ago. Jimmy introduced Tiffany to OTF early on, and they've been crushing classes ever since. Together, they've visited 19 studios and have 2 more lined up in the near future! A Perfect Pair if there ever was one, Jiffy is the epitome of the power of #Orangetheory!

[02/07/17]   Scott B. - today's #TransformationTuesday from Carmel, IN - tried #Orangetheory per the suggestion of his wife, who thought he would enjoy the intensity, variety, and scheduling flexibility. Since then, he's felt stronger and has a great deal more energy. And now that he loves OTF as much as just about anybody, we asked...what advice would you have for someone just starting out?
"Push yourself just a little harder each day. Measure yourself - making even a little progress goes a long way to motivating yourself to push harder next time out.
