[02/15/17]   Nutrition 101.. Your food and or nutrition shouldn't be a mystery. You shouldn't know the value and worth of what you consume. Eating clean and healthy looks different for most, though the bottom line what you eat matters!

It can be challenging with our current start or envirnoment though continue to believe more specifically believe in YOU!

Training tip - There are many variables in reaching your fitness and wellness goals. For that matter any goals, one must not lose sight of his/her dreams! They say out of sight out of mind, there is some truth to this statement.
The new year is well under way, and if you've taken the time out to evaluate where you were act, relative to where you are now? Things should be in perspective. Unless you've lost sight, given up or just plain stopped creating and cultivating the value in you?

The mental aspect is huge, and so keep insight your goals, your dreams your expectations! They will only manifest if you make them...train hard, train smart!
