Gain Confidence with your workouts with Les Mills SMART START™!

Start with 20 mins of any class (usually about 4-5 songs). Then feel free to just watch the rest of the class.

Every time you come back to a class add 5 more minutes (usually 1-2 songs) then you did last time.

Before you know it, in about 6 weeks, you are stronger, more confident, and able to do the full work out.
