Private, semi-private, group and independent Gyrontic training sessions as well as a variety of movement classes are offered at Seattle Changing Room. All Seattle Changing Room Instructors are Gyrotonic certified and have a minimum of three years experience as training professionals.
Principal Instructor and studio founder Leslie Hubbard is a classically trained dancer who is passionate about teaching GYROTONIC. She seeks to educate people in their body's internal state and self via a guided approach using Gyrotonic tools, to help overcome limits created by time, illness and injury, and to enhance joy in life and outlook via a healthy happy body.
